Known issues

Description: When downloading the Emergency lighting test report, the auto generated pdf has a pagination issue and generates the report in one single page that could cause an issue if you want to print the report.

Workaround: Use the soft copy pdf report.

Description: The Emergency lighting test report generates both latest and historical data that is incorrect.

Workaround: Use the test date to distinguish between latest test results and historical test results.

Description: Currently all schedule implementation are disabled during the night and it could impact on the emergency test schedules.

Workaround: Review the commissioning with respect to disabled schedules, and ensure that the emergency test schedules are enabled.

Description: A delay is observed on viewing the Active Scenes in Assets > Site list > Deployment & Scenes > Scenes.

Workaround: Select Refresh to reboot the scenes.

Description: When deploying a new site for the first time, the status displays a failure error upon deployment of the site.

Workaround: Deploy the site again.

Description: The Energy consumption and the Energy trend graph of Metered in the Energy dashboard shows incorrect color identification for all the Meter groups.

Workaround: Clear all Meter groups checkboxes from the dropdown list except for the one that is of interest.
